To whom it may concern,

Richard Wax Associates built my house in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. They advised, managed, supervised, and designed all aspects of our home. During the process, I don't recall ever having a conversation about our project that ended in a disagreement. They represented my best interests at all times with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and anybody who had anything to do with the project. The result was the prized possession of our family. They have stood behind all aspects of their work without ever charging a fee. Richard makes regular annual trips to inspect the property and make sure it is kept in tip top shape. I found that the most important thing to this firm is to enjoy the greatest respect of its clients.
