In the past few years we've purchased two homes from Richard Wax & Associates.We've been very happy in the homes and with our relationship with Richard and his associate Jeff Davis.

The homes are first class quality. Anytime there was a need for repair, our needs were attended to expeditiously and with great eagerness to please. Both Richard and Jeff were always available for a conference or to answer any questions we had. I must say that the reliability of the company was definitely "what they say is what they do."

We have built and remodeled many homes in our lifetime and I find doing business with Richard has been most pleasant and reliable. And from what I hear from friends that have done business with Richard, I know they have had the same pleasant experience.
