Gaye Dixon and Chris Weyers

Hi Richard and Jeff,

Gaye and I would always be happy to recommend Wax and Associates to any prospective clients.

We have had our house now for two years and of all the properties we own this is the one we hold most dearly.

The house was well built and beautifully designed. Eve though the house is large at 13,000 feet all the space is usable and a pleasure to be in.

What surprised us most of all was the level of involvement you and Jeff have had after our purchase. As the builder Jeff has always been available to help with any small modifications whenever we call. This has given us an enormous degree of comfort that we bought a great house.

Jeff has been reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient in all our dealings. We have had such confidence in him that we have been happy for him to undertake modifications and improvements in our absence. For example he lowered one of our bathroom windows to increase the view of the forest at our rear. When we arrived for the Christmas holidays we were delighted with his work.

The most impressive thing about Wax and Associates is the passion with which Richard and Jeff design and build. We feel our house is truly a masterpiece. We own properties around the world. This is the only one where we have made no changes to the original design specifications but only additions.

Thank you Richard and Jeff for adding such delight to our family life and for becoming great friends.

Best wishes,

Gaye Dixon and Chris Weyers
