We fell in love with our home the minute we walked into the front door and saw the great views and the wonderful craftsmanship of Richard, Jeff, and their team. Over the years, the house continues to be a special place for our family. There is always a special excitement whenever we return to Aspen and open the front door.

The home is very well constructed and we have only had a couple of minor problems. When we do have an issue, we are always amazed at how quickly Jeff responds and how committed his team is to making sure that any problems or enhancement to the house are thoughtfully handled.

Whenever we tell someone we have a Richard Wax home, they immediately recognize the name and know we have a very special home.
